When the series moved from its post-Cheers slot on Thursdays to a post-Night Court slot on Wednesdays in 1990, series regular Jere Burns appeared in a network promo side-by-side with John Larroquette of Night Court. Reruns were syndicated to various local stations shortly after Dear John ended its run in 1992, which continued until 2004. The series also aired on E! for a brief period in the late-1990s. The show has not been seen in the United States since it left syndication.

The Young Indiana Jones Chronicles is an American television series that aired on ABC from March 4, 1992, to July 24, 1993. Filming took place in various locations around Wilmington, North Carolina and on the campus of UNCW. The series was an Amblin Entertainment/Lucasfilm production in association with Paramount Network Television. The series explores the childhood and youth of the fictional character Indiana Jones and primarily stars Sean Patrick Flanery and Corey Carrier as the title character, with George Hall playing an elderly version of Jones for the bookends of most episodes, though Harrison Ford bookended one episode. The show was created and executively produced by George Lucas, who also created, co-wrote and executively produced the Indiana Jones feature films. Due to its enormous budget, the series was cancelled in 1993. However, following the series' cancellation, four made-for-television films were produced from 1994 to 1996 in an attempt to continue the series. In 1999, the series was re-edited into 22 television films under the title The Adventures of Young Indiana Jones.

Created by Gerry and Sylvia Anderson and filmed by Century 21 Productions, the 30-episode series followed the earlier Thunderbirds and Captain Scarlet and the Mysterons. First broadcast in the UK between September 1968 and April 1969 on the ATV network, Joe 90 was the sixth and final of the Andersons' productions to be made exclusively using the form of marionette puppetry termed "Supermarionation". Their final puppet series, The Secret Service, used this process only in combination with extensive live-action filming. As in the case of its antecedent, Captain Scarlet, the puppets of Joe 90 are of natural proportions as opposed to the more caricatured design of the characters of Thunderbirds.

Joshua's bosses are: Baboo Karia, a retired Indian Admirable, Datsa Karia, Mr Cashmore's co-worker and Baboo's daughter-in-law, and the get-rich-quick Wilton Cashmore. Joshua's friends are: Joe Laski, the Hungarian farmer who takes a care of his horse Trojan, Ravi Karia, the Indian Boy who is Mrs. Karia's son and Admirable's grandson, and Fiona, Mr. Cashmore's not-so-money-hungry daughter. His co-workers are: Sharon, a dizzy blonde girl who owned a catering van, and Spanner, the lazy boy who likes Sharon. The most interesting person is Daphne Peacock, the vet who takes care of the sick animals.
